So goes the morning So goes the day

As a veteran of the T1D Diabetes Wars ( I was drafted in 1973) and now a Diabetes Coach, I've learned a thing or 500. My best management days are those that start in a good place.

  1. You won't have to deal with insulin resistance.

  2. You won't have to WAIT TO EAT!

  3. You won't be HANGRY

  4. You're more than likely to have a great day.

One of the biggest challenges of living a healthy T1D life is this whole trial and error thing... but think of them as learning moments. The more you learn, the more you can apply new and effective strategies and live a more confident and fulfilled life. (not too mention have great A1Cs and mitigate the chances of having diabetes-related complications.
